WELCOME
Prints, postcards, and gifts illustrated by watercolor artist Sini Ezer. Nordic nature and Finnish Folklore are the inspirations of our product designs.
THE TEAM
We are Sini and Yossi, the team behind Studio Lumino. Sini draws and paints, and Yossi produces and manages the final products and the shop. During summertime, you can find us with our products in the Helsinki Market Square.
We live in Espoo (Helsinki area) and enjoy long walks by the sea together with our dog. We get inspiration to our designs from the beautiful Nordic nature and the changing seasons around us.
We specialize in cards, prints and other paper products. All our products are designed by us in our home studio. We use only high-quality materials and state of the art printer and ink.
We prepare and pack everything carefully for shipping in our home studio, and we ship worldwide directly from Espoo, Finland.
Our Products
Our products include postcards, prints, and coasters. They feature forest animals and elves from Finnish folklore in settings of Nordic nature. We also have a collection of seasonal prints. Our products are well suited for kid’s room décor but can bring joy to other rooms in your house as well.
Our newest product is a set of 4 coasters featuring four different animals living in the forests of Finland with matching woodland colours. Coasters are heat, scratch, and stain-resistant, and also a dishwasher safe!
ORIGINAL DESIGNS
Hand painted illustrations
In our designs, we use mostly illustrations hand-painted with watercolour. I use the highest quality pigments producing vivid colours and traditional watercolour papers that emphasize the softness of the technique.
I like designing characters, such as animals and children, and I like to set them out in the Nature, especially in the wonderful wintery scenes of Finland. One of our favourite designs are “tontut”, elves of the Finnish folktales.
